| Every home at Cedar Creek Ranch must have at least 1500 square feet of air conditioned space. The exterior walls must be 51% brick veneer. The exterior paint colors, fencing, and outbuildings, must be approved by the Homeowners Association. A complete copy of the Declarations and Covenants of the Cedar Creek Ranch Homeowners Association will be provided to you at closing. | |
